Beaulieu Park, Newlands Spring, Springfield, Writtle, Roxwell and the Easters are a mix of new streets and farm lanes. The van comes from Grays, so this is a planned run, not a short slide down the A13.
A multi-storey at the station may not allow jacking. If the barrier is low, say so and the job becomes a recovery to a surface bay.
