Locking wheel nuts
With the key it is a short job. Without it, the visit stretches while the nut is drawn off.
Locking nuts are quick when the key is in the glovebox. They eat the clock when the key is lost, painted over, or rounded, because the nut has to be extracted rather than undone.
Say so in the first message. The van then brings the extractor instead of discovering the problem with the wheel already off on a Lakeside ramp.
