Recovery
The clock is the wait for a bed that fits the vehicle, not a promise in minutes.
Recovery is for when a tyre cannot be fitted where the vehicle sits — a live lane, a height barrier, a wheel that will not turn, or a van too heavy for the jacking point in that ground.
The vehicle goes on a bed. There is no invented arrival window on this site. The message should say where it is and whether anyone is with it, and the job is priced before the truck is committed.
