This notice covers forgemobiletyres.co.uk, the website of Forge Mobile Tyres. It explains what the site records when you ask for a quote, and why.

What the quote form sends

The name, number, job, tyre size and location you type, plus the page you sent it from and a coarse note of how you arrived (for example a search, an advert, or directly). That record is kept so the job can be answered and priced. It is not sold or passed to anyone else.

Calls and WhatsApp

When a number is published, tapping it on this site records that a call or WhatsApp tap happened, the page it happened on and the time. WhatsApp itself is a separate service run under its own terms; the message only sends when you press send in the app.

Visits

First-party analytics on this host counts page visits without cookies. There is no third-party advertising pixel on these pages.

Maps and photos

The map loads its tiles from Esri's map servers, which see your IP address like any web request. Photos on this site are from jobs, with number plates and other people's details blurred.

Your requests

You can ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the form on the Contact page and say it is a privacy request.
